Cambridge recently added a new pet bylaw. There is a limit of 3 dogs per household without a kennel license, which the city no longer issues! You can have up to five rabbits but no pot bellied pigs. The employee parking lot at Delft Blue Meat Processing remains cordoned off with crime scene tape. One 38 year old man is dead and a 34 year old man is in custody as police continue to investigate a death there today.

Driver In Fatal Accident Was St. Benedict Student

The teenager killed in a car accident this week has been identified as 17 year-old Christopher Robbins, a student at St. Benedict High School in Cambridge. A passenger in the car, who sustained life threatening injuries, is also a student at the school.

Regional Council Approves Biosolids Strategy

Waterloo Regional Council has approved an updated interim strategy to manage biosolids. The provincial Ministry of the Environment has a mitigation program in place to minimize the use of biosolids lagoons. The approved strategy was created to address that issue. Teen Killed in Crash

A single-car accident on Clyde Road near Village Road last night (June 25th) has claimed the life of a 17-year-old boy. According to Regional Police, the car flipped over and another occupent was airlifted to to Hamilton with serious injuries.

COM DEV Lands Federal Satellite Contract
